Warranty and Maintenance Services
The purchased machines are covered under warranty against manufacturing defects, and free service support is provided for a specified period. In addition, regular maintenance services extend the machine’s lifespan and minimize the risk of failure.
Service Scope:
- Warranty Period: Machines are typically covered by a 1 to 2-year warranty. Manufacturing-related defects occurring during this period are repaired free of charge.
- Free Service: During the warranty period, necessary spare parts and labor costs are covered free of charge for failures not caused by user error.
- Regular Preventive Maintenance: Maintenance schedules are created on a monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month basis. Required inspections are performed, wear parts are checked, and necessary preventive actions are reported to the company.
- Maintenance Contract: A maintenance agreement can be arranged to ensure continued regular maintenance after the warranty period.
- Service Reporting: Detailed service reports are provided after each maintenance and repair operation, ensuring full traceability.
- On-Site Service Support: In case of breakdowns, technical teams provide on-site assistance for fast intervention.
- Original Spare Parts Supply: All repairs are carried out using manufacturer-guaranteed original spare parts.
